1. Participation: KL Poorna Lottery (“the Lottery”) is open to residents of Malaysia who are 18 or over. The employees of KL Poorna as well as their immediate families aren’t qualified to take part in the Lottery.2. How to Participate: In order to be eligible to participate in the Lottery the participants must solve the question “Where do you find KL Poorna situated?”
3. Deadline for Entry: The deadline to submit an entry is 11.59 at midnight Malaysian time on December 31, 2019.
4. Prize The prize is the opportunity to take two people for two to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia including hotels and flights for 4 nights, 5. Winner Selection Winners of the Lottery will be picked randomly from all entries that are eligible before the end of the deadline.
This decision by KL Poorna is final and no correspondence can take place.
6. Winner Announcement the winner will be announced by email or by phone by the 10th of January 2020 by using the contact information that were provided when they made their the entry. If a prize winner is not reached even after reasonable efforts were made or if a winner is not able to meet the eligibility criteria set in the Terms and Conditions that winner forfeits their prize and a new winner could be chosen in their place, subject to KL Poorna’s discretion.
7. Claim the Prize: To claim the prize the winner must supply KL Poorna with the necessary documents and information in the 14 (14) days after being informed that they’ve won. If the winner is unable to take possession of their winnings within the time frame the winner forfeits the prize and a different winner could be chosen to replace them at KL Poorna’s sole discretion.
